Goat's cheese balls
Shape any amount of soft goat's cheese (e.g. Chavroux) into small balls. Place a handful of finely chopped cranberries and pumpkin seeds on separate plates. Finely grate the zest of an orange and place on a plate. Roll the goat's cheese balls in it. Done!
Gorgonzola grapes
Roll any amount of grapes in creamy Gorgonzola cheese so that a thin layer of cheese forms around the grapes. Then roll the cheese grape in finely chopped pecans and insert a toothpick into the grape.
Rocket and sage scones
Preheat the oven to 225°C. Mix together a handful of finely chopped rocket, 225g flour, 3 tsp baking powder, ½ pinch baking soda, 3 tbsp grated hard cheese, 1 tsp freshly ground pepper, 1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg and 6 finely chopped sage leaves. Add 50g butter or 3 tbsp olive oil and 100ml milk and knead into a smooth dough. Shape the scones and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for about 25 minutes.
Persimmon and brie sandwich
Quarter the persimmons - a type of persimmon fruit - and cut into 5mm thin slices. Assemble two slices with a piece of Brie in between to make a sandwich.
Tarte flambée prussias
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Top 2 rolled-out pizza or tarte flambée doughs with 200g crème fraîche and 1 red onion, in rings, as well as 150g bacon strips and grate 120g Gruyère on top. Roll up the dough on both sides from the outside to the middle, cut into slices about 2 cm thick and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for about 35 minutes.
Guacamole eggs
Hard boil any number of eggs . Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half. Mix 2 egg yolks with 1 avocado, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard and a little pepper . Fill the egg halves with the avocado mixture.
Stuffed dates
Cut any number of dates in half, remove the stone. Fill the date halves with soft cheese , e.g. goat's cheese, drizzle with honey and insert a toothpick into the date.
Sage chips
Fill a small pan with olive oil until the oil is about 1 cm thick. Heat the oil over a medium heat. Place the sage leaves in the hot oil and remove after about 1 to 2 minutes, when the leaves are lightly browned. Drain on kitchen paper. Finally, season the sage potato chips with a little salt.
