Scientists have found that kissing for at least six seconds a day strengthens the bond between the two people. However, this requires that you like, trust and feel affection for the other person. If you consciously pause for a moment during these six seconds and become aware of your feelings for the other person, your whole body will feel this and your nerve fibers will relax. After a long and stressful day, the six-second kiss is a great way to connect with your favorite person and enjoy relaxation.
