Apple and carrot muffins (6 to 8 pieces)
Finely grate 100g apples and 100g carrots. Then add 100ml buttermilk, 100g wholemeal flour, 40g raisins, 20g chopped walnuts, 2.5 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon cinnamonand 1 teaspoon baking powder. Mix everything well.
Divide the batter between six to eight muffin tins. Then place the muffins in the oven at 180 degrees for around 15 to 20 minutes.
Leave to cool after baking. Then remove from the mold.
The quick and delicious muffins are ready.

Banana muffins (12 pieces)
Whisk 2 eggs with 80 ml HOLL rapeseed oil. Mash four ripe bananas with a fork and add them to the egg/oil mixture.
Now add 190gflour, 2 teaspoons baking powder and 0.5 teaspoon baking soda to the mixture. Mix everything together with a hand mixer.
Then add two handfuls of raisins and a handful of chopped walnuts. Then pour the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper baking cups.
Bake the muffins in the oven at 180 degrees for around 20 minutes until golden brown.
