Make a beautiful pennant chain with your child from scraps of fabric.
It doesn't take much to transform a child's room into a friendly place. Surely you still have various scraps of fabric that can be used for a craft project? For a colorful pennant chain, you need fabric scraps in different colors. Of course, the best ones are those in your child's favorite colors.
Materials
Scraps of fabric in different colors. Sturdy cotton or jute fabric is best for this.
Fabric ribbon
sewing thread
pencil
cardboard
scissors
Sewing machine
Procedure
Use the pencil to draw an isosceles triangle on the cardboard with one short side and two long sides.
Cut this out.
Place the triangle on the fabric scraps and cut out the triangles. Depending on the desired length, you will need around 10-15 pennants or fabric triangles for a pennant chain.
Sew the pennants onto one side of the fabric ribbon. Then fold it and sew it to the other side so that the pennants are nicely sewn into the ribbon.
Have fun sewing and decorating!
