Preparation:

Mix the yogurt with the honey.

Layer in glasses: Yoghurt, berries, almonds.

Chill briefly and serve.

2. chocolate Easter bunnies:
- 100 g dark chocolate
- colorful sugar sprinkles or small nuts

Preparation:

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.

Fill small silicone Easter bunny molds with chocolate.

Decorate with sugar sprinkles or nuts as desired.

Leave to set in the fridge.

3. carrot cake muffins:
- 200 g carrots, finely grated
- 100 g flour

- 100 g ground almonds
- 2 eggs

- 125 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 50 ml vegetable oil, e.g. HOLL rapeseed oil

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together to form a batter.

Pour into muffin tins and bake at 180 degrees for approx. 20 minutes.

Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar or add small Easter decorations.
