Small exercises for a better memory.


Do you constantly have to write down appointments? Can't remember everything you wanted to buy in the store? You can train your concentration with a few small exercises .

Bear in mind that the brain gets tired quickly when you are concentrating too hard. So don't practise for too long at a time, but rather more often.

Weighing exercise
Sit at a table and place your hands flat on it. Spread your fingers. Place your feet on the tips of your toes. Roll from the balls of your hands onto your fingertips and simultaneously from the tips of your toes onto your heels. Repeat 10 times.

Let's hear it for you
Place your palms flat against each other. Clap your middle fingers together. The other fingers remain firmly together. Then clap with your thumbs. Keep doing this until all pairs of fingers have clapped.

Animal walk
Place your hands on the table so that only your fingertips touch the edge of the table. The fingers are slightly bent. Stretch your middle fingers forward. Now start walking with your fingers in an animal walk. To do this, first move your thumb and ring finger forward a little. Then follow suit with your index finger and little finger. "Walk" a few centimeters across the table.
