- 800 g leg of lamb

- 500 -800 g spring potatoes
- 300 g carrots

Peel the potatoes and carrots, cut into pieces and mix with olive oil in a baking dish.
Place the leg of lamb on top of the vegetables and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 60 minutes.
Dessert - lemon cream with berries:
- 250 g natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 100 g mixed berries
Preparation:
Mix the yogurt with the maple syrup, lemon juice and lemon zest.
Pour into glasses, decorate with berries and serve chilled.
