Homemade chocolates

A present from your own kitchen


Would you and your family like to give the gift of fine chocolates during Advent ? With this recipe for healthy chocolate pralines , you can have a clear conscience when giving them as a gift !

Chocolate pralines
Core 9 dates , cut into small pieces and place in a bowl. Pour hot water over them and soak for 10 minutes. Finely grind 60g walnuts and 100g almonds in a cutter. Add 30g cocoa powder, 1 tbsp maple syrup and the softened dates to the cutter and mix until a dough forms. If the dough seems too dry, you can add a little of the remaining date water.
Fill a small bowl with cocoa powder. Take a teaspoon of the mixture at a time and shape it into a ball. Then roll it in the cocoa powder. And the delicious chocolates are ready!
They can be kept in the fridge for up to 7 days.
